Pagetender's David Maloney Earns HubSpot Certification

  
  
  

David Maloney, Inbound Marketing ConsultantPagetender LLC Inbound Marketing Consultant, David Maloney, was recently notified by HubSpot that he successfully passed the HubSpot Partner Certification Exam.  The 190 question exam tests the consultant's knowledge of both Inbound Marketing and HubSpot's software platform. Mr. Maloney previously earned an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional status from Inbound Marketing University.

On the HubSpot Blog, VP Marketing at HubSpot, Mike Volpe said of the exam, "There are way too many unscrupulous and uneducated marketing agencies that are taking advantage of small businesses by selling them internet marketing services that don't deliver value. By educating and certifying these individuals and agencies, we're hoping to start setting a standard for the way internet marketing services should be sold and delivered."

As an Inbound Marketing Consultant, Mr. Maloney works with small businesses to implement Internet Marketing (Inbound Marketing) concepts and techniques in order to build their online presence.  He also facilitates and advises members of Pagetender's small business marketing groups(Inbound Marketing Mastermind Groups™).

Is there anything your company does that is not Hubspot related? Anyone can be a Hubspot partner, including your clients or prospective clients, and it would cost them less!!!

We work with clients where or not they are HubSpot customers. At present, about 50% of our clients are HubSpot customers. We use HubSpot ourselves and are very happy with it but recognize it isn't for everyone. We can implement Inbound Marketing without HubSpot. Inbound Marketing is a method of marketing your business and what tools you use to measure your efforts really are secondary. 
 
I would like to clarify one point you made. There is a big difference between being a HubSpot Partner and a Certified HubSpot Partner. Anyone who sells a HubSpot subscription is able to call themselves a partner. However, to be Certified partner you have to pass a very difficult exam to be certified in all aspects of Inbound Marketing and the HubSpot product. David worked hard to pass this exam. Many people fail it. It is a big accomplishment.  
 
At Pagetender, all consultants must be certified by Inbound Marketing University and by HubSpot.
